Target audience

For every individually certified Asbestos Inventory Expert (ADI). Refresher training must be completed every calendar year, starting from the year in which the individual certificate is obtained, regardless of whether the expert is affiliated with a certification body.

Description

Stay fully up to date as a certified asbestos inventory expert with the mandatory 2026 refresher training. The course refreshes and expands your knowledge of key inspection protocol requirements, material recognition and safe and careful working practices.

What will you learn?

The training covers common mistakes relating to IP2, including correctly defining the inspection area, reviewing an asbestos inventory and assessing prior information and visual observations. Material recognition, changes to the Codex and safe practical sampling techniques are also covered. After the classroom training, participants complete a quiz and evaluation at home.
